The Parish Council reviews each planning application received from South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC). We endeavour, wherever possible, to talk with the immediate neighbours and the applicant, to help inform our view of the application. We then respond with one of three options:

Section 54a of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 requires that applications or appeals be determined in accordance with the Development Plan unless material considerations indicate otherwise.
