Stoke Row Primary School
Stoke Row CE School is a small, friendly church school where a caring and happy environment is promoted through Christian values. Our vision is for our children to have the brightest futures, each one nurtured individually to be a guiding light with a unique sparkle. The school has been at the heart of the village since 1853 and has strong connections with the local community. We enjoy participating in annual village events such as The Pancake Race on the village green and contributing to the local environment through projects such as the Maharajah's trail around the well and Cherry Orchard. We have a weekly Forest School held within The Cherry Orchard grounds and our pupils enjoy a weekly running club at The Pavillion.
It is a requirement of the Department of Education that every 7 years the school consults with parents and the local community on its admission policy. Below is a link to the proposed policy for 2024-25. It is consistent with the School Admissions Code 2021 and Diocesan Guidance 2024 2025 and is similar to our previous policies which are issued on a yearly basis. If you have any comments or questions regarding the policy please contact Phil Tremewan via office.3206@stoke-row.oxon.sch.uk or write to Stoke Row CE Primary School, School Lane, Stoke Row, Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire, RG9 5QS to arrive no later than 27th January 2023.
